I was asked to create a custom illustration for the wonderful Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity for them to use as part of their marketing campaign as well as to print on all sorts of different products to be sold in their fundraising hub.

I admire all the fantastic work they do so of course jumped at the chance to create something special for them.

They wanted something along the lines of my Glasgow landmarks designs so we included some of the most iconic including the Finnieston Cran, The Barras and the Kelvingrove Gallery. In the Glasgow skyline we then of course added in their fabulous colourful hospital as well as some wee nods to the hospital with a wee ‘NHS’ symbol, stookie and stethoscope.

The main feature of the design was their logo which I just illustrated from their usual design in my illustrative style!

They have printed the design onto tote bags and notebooks which are available on their online store now and all proceeds go towards their wonderful charity! If you’d like to find out more about the fantastic work GCHC do you can find out more on their website here.
